WHAT DO I NEED TO DO NOW?
2020 Tickets for plays 2-5 will be refunded.
Our Ticket Secretary, Robert Harsley, and our Treasurer, Brian Christopher will arrange this.
However, if you wish to do so, you may choose to forgo the refund and donate to WLT all or part of that money. This would be gratefully received to help cushion the heavy financial loss to the company but is just a suggestion.
If you wish to donate the refund, please ring Robert Harsley on 0447 340 665 by 18 April 2020.
There is no other necessity to ring Robert. As you’ll appreciate, he’ll now be very busy.

WHAT ABOUT THE 2020 PLAYS?
Please be assured that we are not going to simply axe those plays! We have asked our Play Selection Committee to fill gaps in the 2021 and 2022 seasons with the abandoned plays. We can’t answer your questions about that just now. Please understand that this will require much negotiation not only with 2020, 2021 and even 2022 directors, but with various rights holders for those plays for which we have been licensed and paid a deposit
Your questions will be answered when the next Playbill comes out in November as usual, and you’ll be able to subscribe in the usual way.
Once again, we assure you that the health and wellbeing of all of us is of the utmost importance. We urge you all to monitor your health according to the guidelines outlined by www.dhhs.vic.gov.au/coronavirus. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
