The power of photo journalism. Who can forget the image of a lone student confronting military tanks in Tiananmen Square, the little girl running naked down a path in Vietnam after a napalm bomb attack, the plane hitting the Twin Towers in New York? Images, that need no words! What effect do these events have on the photographers who take them?

 

Time Stands Still gives us an insight into the difficulties one such photo journalist has after covering the war in Iraq and her adjustment to life back home, NOT seen through the lens of a camera.
